Jeff Banks, Clobber W1 cape, purple, vintage

Vintage iconic Jeff Banks Clobber W1 cape, a long purple cape from London. Clobber was a boutique in Blackheath, owned and run by Jeff Banks from 1964 to 1974, selling his own designs and other designer pieces here. The purple vintage cape has a nice big hood with a black tassel, the cape has a black finish along the edges, a kind of knitted cord, the closure is also really vintage with an eye hook closure, one in metal and 1 with the knitted cord . Jeff Banks Clobber W1's vintage cape is in good condition. The length of the vintage cape is 118 cm, the hood is 40 cm measured from the shoulder. The vintage cape is in good condition. 

 

Only steaming is stated in the card in the neck of the cape, the cape has a wool feeling, does not sting. Material type is not mentioned.
